You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering new platform features that directly impact client outcomes and business growth. The role of the Technical Project Manager is to ensure the timely and rigorous execution of strategically important projects through the entire product lifecycle: from discovery and design, through development and release. In this role you will: Drive operational excellence: Implementing and enhancing our hybrid waterfall/agile project management practices, bringing discipline and accountability to project delivery. Own successful delivery: Lead prioritisation, planning, and coordination across cross-functional teams. Anticipate and resolve constraints, risks, and blockers. Ensure transparency: Track and communicate progress and costs clearly with stakeholders using project metrics and dashboards. Collaborate effectively: Work closely with stakeholders across product, technology, and the wider business to align goals and expectations. About You Essential: 3 years experience managing technical delivery projects, including the full end to end SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Strong organisational and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management techniques. Experience with our project management toolset, or equivalent tools: Jira, Smartsheet, Google Workspace. Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach. Desirable: Certification is a plus (Prince 2, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master). Prior experience as a developer, business analyst, or product owner. Familiarity with Moqups or similar design tools. University-level education in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
