About the position
The successful candidate for our Prep Centre Administrator vacancy will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.
You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Service Advisor position involves:
1. To ensure all prep centre administration work is completed to the highest standard
2. Liaise with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time.
3. To maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles
4. To accept delivery of all New and Used Vehicles, carry out necessary checks (damage, paperwork etc.)
5. Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
6. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
