Erskine Stewart's Melville Schools (ESMS) are recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic Visiting Teacher of Bagpipes to join the Schools as soon as possible (subject to satisfactory pre employment checks). The successful candidate will have experience both as a professional performer and also in Bagpipe teaching at all levels, from beginners to diploma. The Visiting Music Teacher will be self-employed and will be required to undertake mandatory training at the start and throughout their engagement with ESMS. A degree of flexibility is required in this role. However, we anticipate that the postholder will undertake at least 4.5 hours per week and will be required to provide each pupil with 30 lessons per year.
