Head of Marketing - Fashion Brand (Leeds-Based, Hybrid)
A Leeds-based fashion brand is looking for a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to shape its next phase of growth. Built on a foundation of clean design, conscious materials, and everyday functionality, this modern clothing brand with a rich heritage is redefining the market!
As Head of Marketing, you will lead brand development, performance marketing, customer engagement, and strategic communications. Reporting directly to the founders, you will be a key part of the leadership team, with the opportunity to shape and scale a brand with strong values and a clear point of view.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy: Own and evolve the brand across all channels, ensuring a consistent identity and strong market presence.
2. Growth Marketing: Lead performance marketing strategies across paid social, search, email, influencers, and affiliates to drive acquisition and retention.
3. Campaign Development: Plan and execute seasonal and product-led campaigns with compelling narratives and market impact.
4. Digital & CRM: Optimize the customer experience across the website and CRM platforms in collaboration with the digital team.
5. Content & Social Media: Oversee content strategy, social media, and community management, working with internal and freelance creatives.
6. PR & Partnerships: Develop and manage press activity and strategic brand partnerships.
7. Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing marketing team aligned with the brand's purpose and growth goals.
About You
1. Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role within the fashion, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer space.
2. Strong track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth.
3. Expertise in digital and performance marketing, customer segmentation, and brand strategy.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
5. A genuine interest in sustainability, modern design, and progressive consumer experiences.
Desirable
1. Experience launching or scaling brands internationally.
2. Previous work in sustainability-led or mission-driven companies.
3. Background in early-stage or high-growth start-ups.
