As a member of the Patient Access Team, the Booking Co-ordinator role is pivotal in ensuring we achieve several government targets around patient waiting times.
Your duties will involve making and rescheduling 2week wait appts for the patient's using the electronic patient record platform whilst applying knowledge of targets and specialty specific requirements.
You will also be dealing with queries from internally and externally, providing an efficient and effective administration service., PPE requirements: Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust requires all colleagues to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with our infection prevention and control procedures.
