If so, we have the perfect role for you Leading a team of three, our Brand & Proposition Manager will be at the heart of our brand strategy. You’ll be responsible for the development of Arco’s customer growth strategy, elevating our brand and brand presence, built on detailed insight into customer needs, and the communication of Corporate and Product brands. The Brand & Proposition Manager role is a hybrid position, with 2 to 3 days working from home and 2 to 3 days in our head office in Hull. Key responsibilities include: Leading the brand and proposition development for Arco master and product brands, gathering insights on customer needs, market trends and competitor activities Focusing on researching and predicting future needs of customers, route to market changes and likely developments in procurement preferences for safety products and services Future proofing Arco approach and developing future customer value propositions for all target sectors and highlighting development requirements to include range, supply chain service levels, sales and customer service requirements, pricing strategies and marketing communications. Planning ahead to ensure all new proposition/ product developments are clear and customer friendly, by testing and receiving feedback from key stakeholders (internal and external) Developing innovative and creative strategies to bring our value proposition to life so that they resonate and represent added value for customers in each sales channel and communicate these strategies across the business Knowing the market Arco operates in and making recommendations of joint ventures and partnerships which will unlock revenue streams and opportunities Developing models of market share and dynamics to highlight and capture opportunities for growth Supporting our Marketing Business Partners strategic plans with insights into specific sales channel and industry sector opportunities. Working closely with the sales community to understand market dynamics and competitive landscapes, analysing competitor’s strategies and identifying ways to overcome challenges and win business Leading the customer/ market research programs, analytics and desktop research to quantify revenue and profit opportunity priorities Working with the creative team in being the custodian and guardian of the Arco brands Supporting the brand strategy and investment planning for Arco corporate and brands, deploying funding to increase awareness and equity of Arco’s Brand portfolio.
