LWA are looking for an individual with strong commercial awareness, capable of demonstrating creativity and innovation to identify income opportunities.
Essential qualities for this role include excellent supervisory/management skills and effective communication.
You will need:
• Experience of charity retail operations
• Experience of line management or supervision of others
• Experience of leading or supporting volunteers
• Excellent customer service skills.
The shop is open from Monday to Saturday and working days will need to be agreed with other shop workers to ensure there is cover each day.
