If you’re highly motivated and would love to work with us as we continue to grow, then we would love to hear from you Your new role: We are looking for a highly organised, self-driven and detail-oriented Executive Team Assistant to support, assist and coordinate the Executive Leaderships Teams diary and administrative activities. They will enable executive team effectiveness through anticipating needs of the team and the business and coordinating activities well. They will play a key role Is creating and developing collateral for the ELT to use internally and externally, working collaboratively with internal teams. They will excel on creating a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment to bring the teams in to collaborate and ensuing its fit for purpose. The successful candidate will need excellent business acumen, common sense and a real appetite to get involved in the running of the business and will be expected to gain a good understanding of the business functions and help with projects and any issues as they occur. Support the Executive Leadership Team and Non-Executive Directors and their assistants coordinating Board and Committee meetings. Organising off-site events (off-site team meetings etc.) Arranging numerous meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones. Draft documents and correspondence on behalf of the CEO / ELT and to format documents, such as letters and presentations as required. Prepare high quality documents including reports, correspondence, presentations materials and other audio-visual materials, gathering appropriate data and information and meeting set deadlines Administrative responsibilities including maintenance of meeting notes, contacts and general administration. Minute committees and executive meetings. Support with office management and Health & Safety activities.
