Role: Security Project Manager Location: Yorkshire and Midlands Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum Vehicle Pension Healthcare Social Plans Technical Resources are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Security Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple security projects across sites in the Yorkshire and Midlands regions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you will be responsible for supervising engineers and subcontractors, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee the work of engineers and subcontractors on various sites. Conduct site surveys and provide quotations when required. Manage and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure project success. Participate in regular team meetings with management. Attend site meetings with clients to ensure smooth project execution and address any concerns. Coordinate and arrange materials and tools required for site activities. Experience and Certifications Required: Previous experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the security industry. Background as a Security Engineer, with experience progressing through the ranks. Ideally, a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
