Marketing Executive
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £28,000 Per Annum
My client is a rapidly growing technology/SaaS organisation offering a unique portfolio of services to the construction sector across the UK and internationally.
There is a clear roadmap for future business transformation, which would lead to trebling their size over the next 2-3 years as the products and services are commercialised at pace.
The Marketing Executive, a crucial appointment in realising this ambition, is an exciting opportunity to help them increase profitability and ultimately unlock the potential of their market proposition across their 3 key business revenue streams.
Is this you?
* A background in the construction sector is of interest but not mandatory.
* You will have performed a similar role in B2B marketing within a SaaS or similar field.
* You will have a marketing-related qualification – completed or ongoing.
* You have advanced HubSpot knowledge, with demonstrated experience in new logo and cross-sell/upsell campaign building, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
* Knowledge of using and maintaining a Shopify website is of interest but not mandatory.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* You keep abreast of current trends in marketing and bring these into your role to improve campaign performance.
* You are well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details.
Primary responsibilities:
* Using analytics to report on campaign performance, measuring ROI, and applying an experimentation mindset to optimise campaigns with A/B testing and iterative improvements.
* Building compelling client case studies and gathering testimonials to showcase the value and success of the solution.
* Assisting in organising conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events, including writing and proofreading marketing materials.
* Liaising with external marketing functions to support campaign delivery.
* Managing website content, campaign-related landing pages, and forms.
* Using HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data maintenance for contact records, segmentation, and reporting.
* Creating engaging content for social media, web platforms, and email campaigns.
* Engaging with customers where needed, providing face-to-face interactions to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
* Supporting the internal sales, customer success, content, and product teams.
