??? About the Role
This is a key leadership role within the school's administration team. You will be responsible for overseeing all front-office operations, ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day running of administrative systems and processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and coordinating the school's administrative functions.
* Leading and supporting a team of admin staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
* Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external stakeholders.
* Handling student admissions, attendance records, and maintaining accurate school data.
* Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and statutory school policies.
* Supporting senior leaders with diary management, meetings, and school-wide communications.
* Assisting with procurement, budget monitoring, invoicing, and liaison with the finance department.
? The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in a similar School Administrator or Office Manager role.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills.
* A calm, professional, and approachable manner.
* Proficiency in school systems such as SIMS, Microsoft Office, and other admin software.
* A clear understanding of safeguarding, data protection, and financial procedures in a school setting.
