Up to £45,000 Dependent on experience AXA Global Healthcare are looking for a Product Review Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to join the team and oversee the development and management of AXA Global Healthcare's in-flight international insurance products. The role oversees the success of product reviews, product design, and literature development and management. You’ll ensur e products’ ongoing suitability and compliance with the company's product and regulatory governance framework. What you’ll be doing: Maintain a structured process and timeline for Product Review, ensuring all insurer requirements and business area timelines are considered to deliver effective product governance. Oversee the design and implementation of template changes for Product Review, collaborating with the Product and Proposition team and AXA Health as per the Master Services Agreement. Ensure all literature and communications developed meet the four Consumer Duty Outcomes: Price & Value, Products & Services, Consumer Understanding, and Consumer Support. Manage compliance with local regulations and insurer-specific requirements for all communications and documentation. Lead a Literature team of Senior Product Literature Executives to create and maintain AXA Global Healthcare's complete suite of insurance documentation and product literature for its multi-insurer panel. Build strong relationships with client account managers, partnership teams, and marketing members, as well as internal and external agencies, to support strategic objectives and timely delivery of insurance documents. Support regulatory requirements and the continuous product change program for multi-insurer international health insurance products, including proofreading and implementation. Produce accurate communications to inform stakeholders about new product literature changes, manage translations, and oversee stock management and accuracy of customer communication and fulfilment matrices. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in a senior operational management or senior technical expert role within the insurance industry, with at least 4 years of product management experience. Good knowledge of continuous in-life product improvement, product development, product governance. Good management skills, including people management experience, cross-functional management, and project and change management skills. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and marketing skills. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, document management and production experience. Strong analytical capability, numerical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Customer focus and commercial awareness. Knowledge of both local and international healthcare insurance regulations.
