PE Global is currently recruiting for a Marketing Associate with brand marketing experience from the pharmaceutical industry, for an initial 12 month contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client based in Basingstoke - hybrid. Job Responsibilities • Responsible for managing, developing and tracking meeting projects and materials throughout the lifecycle of those project, including use of the promotional material approval process and work with internal and external stakeholders • Closely liaising with the cross functional team; UK and Ireland leadership, Ethics and Compliance, National Therapeutic Advisors, Field Teams, Customer Meetings Services and the respective brands to facilitate the strategy, planning, development, and implementation of meetings across the UK and Ireland. • Develop comprehensive speaker briefs for symposium speakers, ensuring alignment with requests from National Therapeutic Advisors. • Execution excellence of appointed tactics from the operational plan with a multi-channel approach, for example: development of digital and print materials for webinars and national/regional conference activities. • Coordinate venue selection and create registration links, ensuring alignment with external stakeholders • Ensure accurate implementation and recording of meeting information in the system, working closely with the Customer Meeting Services team. • Facilitate third party meeting approval with (national and regional) sponsorship suppliers and stand providers to deliver remarkable customer experiences across Diabetes brands • Design and approval of invites, consoles, and material content for meetings in line with promotional materials approval policy and procedure • Maintain close communication with the salesforce team, ensuring all relevant materials are shared to promote upcoming meetings and symposiums. • Ensure adherence to integrity and compliance in all that we do. • Track meetings and events OPEX budgets for the UK and Ireland. • Ensure alignment with the global and IBU (international business unit) brand strategy with appropriate local adaptations and approvals. • Point of contact for all Diabetes meeting enquiries on areas such of peer to peer (P2P) and eP2P, events, webinars and coordinating activities with field teams and management. Requirements • Brand marketing experience from the pharmaceutical industry at an affiliate and / or regional / global marketing level, minimum 1 years’ experience. • Experience of multi-channel marketing preferred but not necessary. • Previous experience of running peer to peer, webinars and organised third party events. • Strong planning skills. • High attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience of working in a virtual / multi-national organisation. • Experience of working effectively in cross-functional teams. • Marketing experience, e.g. as marketing associate. • Strong analytical skills. • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and be able to have a high detail focus. Preferable Skills/Experiences: • Knowledge of Diabetes preferred but not necessary • Previous experience of Veeva PromoMats and the ABPI Code of Practice • Knowledge of e-P2P Platform and other IT platforms e.g. webinar technology Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
