Key Responsibilities: Cooperate with distributors and major installers to deliver efficient and effective after-sales service; Organise training programs and help implement certification processes for installers; Offer sales training and support to help installers understand and effectively sell products; Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on digital power products. 80% of the time traveling to get familiar with installers in the early stage, and 30% of the time traveling once settled Requirements: Own vehicle: full UK driving license and have own vehicles Work Experience: Prior experience in Solar channel work and Solar installer experience. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
