Group Incident Manager - Contract - UK Remote A leading financial services company is seeking a Group Incident Manager for a 10-month initial contract, offering a competitive day rate of £550. This role is UK remote working and falls Inside IR35. Role Responsibilities: Evaluate incidents raised through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintain clear and consistent communication with business stakeholders, providing regular incident updates. Ensure all necessary actions are completed to resolve incidents efficiently. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance processes, adding value to the team. Conduct day-to-day monitoring of tools such as ServiceNow, Teams channels, and Downdetector. Flexibility in working with the the occasional work outside regular hours and provide standby support for incidents and major IT releases. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in Group Incident Management. Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding teams through complex incidents. Experience in engaging with partners through incidents, Post-Incident Reviews, and/or service reviews. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
