Description
* Audit and accounts responsibilities split 75%/25% respectively.
* Manage and deliver audit engagements from planning to completion.
* Lead and supervise the work of the audit team.
* Ensure audit processes are followed in accordance with firm and professional standards.
* Maintain and develop client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
* Identify potential risks and opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
* Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results.
* Keep abreast of current changes and trends in the accounting industry.
* Preparing management and year end accounts.
* Participate in business development initiatives.
Profile
A successful Audit Manager should have:
* Professional certification (ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experience.
* Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
* Strong understanding of auditing and control practices.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
