Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary professional service firm, managing land and estates as well as selling and letting rural property throughout Shropshire, Herefordshire, Mid-Wales, North Wales, and the surrounding counties for many years.
The Role
You will be responsible for building and maintaining individual client relationships, focusing on Valuations within Rural Professional Practice. The role is flexible to your skillset and may include other rural professional services. Our client is also interested in candidates with a blended professional consultancy role around valuation, including some Estate Management, as well as those with Commercial Valuation experience.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be educated to a degree level in a relevant discipline with MRICS accreditation and several years of PQE. You should be a strong communicator with good problem-solving skills, comfortable with a high degree of autonomy. A commercially astute, lateral thinker capable of generating new business, you will possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to convey complex information to various audiences. Effective time management, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
