Salary: £28K - £40K DOE and location + Company Van (Business Use Only)

As a result of recent successful business wins, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Inspection Engineers to deliver the highest possible service to our customers.
About the Role:
This is a field-based role whereby you will be conducting vehicle inspections to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring quality, accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
You will respond to instructions from our Stokenchurch-based deployment centre that will arrange appointments on your behalf, broadly within your geographic region.
There are several types of inspections covering activities such as pre-purchase inspections, warranty evaluations, mechanical defeats, and audits.
Responsibilities:
* Representing DEKRA Automotive Limited by delivering vehicle inspections at the client's address.
* Completing and delivering inspection reports after each visit.
* Supporting the Operations Manager in piloting new initiatives or programmes.
* Completing cosmetic vehicle inspections of bodywork condition, identifying substandard repairs, bodywork damage, and interior condition to BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear criteria.
* Completing and delivering OEM dealer audit assessment reports.
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in formal vehicle maintenance, servicing, or MOT.
* A City & Guilds Level 3 or an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance.
* Preferably a member of the IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) or IRTE (Institute of Road Transport Engineers).
* Strong team working skills with the ability to contribute to the development of new procedures to improve business performance.
