Job Title: Field Support Technician (FSO with AV Experience)
Location: Chester, UK (100% onsite)
Job Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide L1+ technical support for hardware, software and network issues
* Manage IT asset inventory including tracking and maintenance
* Perform laptop builds, imaging and device refreshes
* Support AV equipment (Crestron/Logitech) for meetings and live events
* Troubleshoot MS Teams, video conferencing and office applications
* Document all support activities in ServiceNow
* Ensure compliance with security policies and SOX procedures
Essential Requirements:
* 1+ years technical support experience
* Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Mac devices
* Experience with AV equipment setup and support
* Proficiency with ServiceNow and MS Office 365
* Excellent customer service skills
* UK driving license
* Must have right to work in UK (no visa sponsorship)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/VPN)
* Experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences environment
* Familiarity with HIPAA standards
* IT certifications (A+, Microsoft, etc.)
Work Environment:
* Fast-paced office setting
* Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs
