We have a fantastic opportunity for the role of a Marketing Performance Specialist reporting to the Director Marketing Operations. As the Marketing Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling more of a data-driven focus whilst decision-making within the marketing organization. The role will focus on defining and aligning on the right marketing KPIs, creating visibility and action around KPIs, and completing analysis and recommendations around data and insights.
The role is located at our headquarters within Slough site. Working Monday to Friday during normal office hours (hybrid).

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)
1. Define and align on the right marketing KPIs with key stakeholders.
2. Develop relevant and actionable dashboards and reporting.
3. Review and develop improved budget tracking and reporting to sharpen ability to make smarter investment choices – working with finance, procurement, and marketing team to deliver consistent and user-friendly spend tracking.
4. Establish benchmarks and targets for optimal campaign performance.
5. Working with the website owner and CRM owner to define optimal means to track and measure lead management performance E2E.
6. Analysis of business performance, campaign and spend performance with ability to create meaningful recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activity.
7. Support to the Sales Enablement team to track training delivery, engagement and revenue related to customer training.
8. Strong communication skills and a knack for presenting data in a digestible and actionable manner are crucial for this role.
The Individual
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related discipline.
2. Minimum five years of experience required.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Excellent data and analytical skills.
5. Must be able to implement at speed and be detail oriented.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and flexible environment.
