Senior Business Development Manager - Payments (iGaming)

We’re seeking a driven and strategic professional to join our Sales team, leading the end-to-end sales process for our global suite of products in the iGaming industry. This role is pivotal in driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and maximizing value for both the company and its partners.
As part of our collaborative commercial team, you’ll work closely with departments such as Product Management, Merchant Operations, IT Development, Treasury, and Risk to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve new business sales targets and contribute to team goals.
* Drive top-line revenue growth within accounts once they’re live.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecasting 2–3 quarters ahead.
* Manage the full lifecycle of new merchant relationships: identify, qualify, analyze, present, negotiate, and close.
* Generate new leads through trade shows, conferences, associations, and established industry relationships.
* Collaborate with Marketing to manage leads and share activity insights.
* Present the financial, efficiency, and brand value of solutions to stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, and Directors of Payments.
* Partner with product owners to explore strategic opportunities supported by detailed business cases and financial analyses.
* Leverage data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and demonstrate impact.
* Build strong relationships across internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Negotiate legal and financial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and contracts.
* Represent the company at major industry events, such as ICE, EIG, and SBC.
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years of proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
* Expertise in managing and closing complex sales cycles.
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
* Confident and pragmatic, with exceptional influencing and interpersonal abilities.
* Comfortable managing high workloads and juggling multiple priorities.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
