A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered General Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Bourne, Lincolnshire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
The pristine home consists of various units including a dementia, residential, and a nursing unit. The purpose-built home is designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Duties:
1. Ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing our residents' needs and wishes.
2. Develop, review, and update care plans to meet our clients' changing physical, social, and psychological needs.
3. Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends, and other external stakeholders.
4. Comply with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
5. Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered to our clients.
6. Promote high standards of nursing care for you and your team by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner.
7. Ensure that the team's skill and knowledge levels are able to meet the changing needs of the business.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Previous older people's care experience is desirable but not essential.
2. Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
3. Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
4. Excellent organisation & leadership skills.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best.
7. Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services.
The successful Nurse for this position will be paid an excellent salary of GBP19.50 per hour, with an annual salary of up to GBP44,616 per annum.
