Job Title: Administrator/Order Processor

Salary: £14-£15 per hour

Responsibilities:
* Managing daily customer order fulfilment in collaboration with the Warehouse and Production teams
* Processing and routing orders, tracking for timely response
* Assisting clients with product and sales inquiries
* Coordinating with distribution centres, logistics, and sales teams for order execution
* Analysing data, identifying opportunities, and creating reports and presentations
* Implementing the company's policies and goals
* Supporting the International Sales Director in pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and sales reports
* Managing client's Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
* Contributing to marketing plans and executing marketing initiatives
* Enhancing brand visibility and engagement through digital initiatives and social media management
* Coordinating prospecting efforts to penetrate new markets and expand the client base
* Organising client training sessions and visits
* Ensuring product compliance with relevant regulations and standards
* Managing international conferences and trade fairs
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Previous experience in the beauty industry (2-5 years preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial acumen within the beauty industry and international sales sector
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Basic knowledge of exporting and regulatory affairs in the beauty industry
* Experience with SAGE 200 is essential
