Our Trade Marketing team in the UK & Ireland is focused on enhancing our brand presence within luxury and premium kitchen retail partners. As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be based in the field with monthly national travel to trade partners and access required to Northampton and London Experience Centre, Wigmore Street. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing – UK & Ireland. In this role, you will manage and execute marketing strategies for Fisher & Paykel, supporting consumer engagement and gathering valuable data. You will coordinate efforts between local and global teams to achieve market share, revenue, and brand health goals. Your role will be crucial in supporting sales teams, driving trade and consumer promotions, and enhancing brand exposure. In the role, you will: Be the subject matter expert for Fisher & Paykel within the luxury and premium kitchen retail market in the UK & Ireland. Support sales, DDM, KRT and builder teams by providing materials and assets to drive revenue growth. Create guides and develop plans to support key retailer accounts and trade promotions. Manage trade communications, including product updates, new assets, and updated price lists. Enhance F&P brand awareness through targeted media plans and social campaigns, particularly in London. Translate and improve the brand experience for end-users through key trade channels. Develop and attend networking events to create lead generation opportunities and strengthen relationships with trade partners. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to implement and report on the annual UK trade marketing plan, optimizing trade marketing investments. You have: Proven experience in trade or B2B marketing, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector. A strong track record of increasing brand presence and driving revenue through effective marketing strategies. Experience working with both traditional and digital marketing channels. Demonstrated ability in managing relationships with trade partners, media owners, and marketing agencies. Strong project planning and management skills, with proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics software, project management tools like Workfront). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear briefs and reports. A deep understanding of brand management, consumer engagement, and digital marketing trends. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively.
