We are seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support ongoing projects and collaborate with a remote planning team, offering a unique opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of complex work. Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-the-ground field support to the offsite planning team, ensuring accurate and detailed planning for ongoing projects. - Conduct assessments of site and equipment conditions and provide necessary scope corrections. - Identify and document process isolation locations, scaffolding, insulation, and other essential arrangements. - Prepare detailed isometric drawings for piping jobs, including dimensions, material specifications, and non-standard fittings. - Verify the accuracy of existing isometric drawings and suggest corrections where needed. - Capture photographs and precise details of equipment, process locations, and piping layouts. - Communicate regularly with the remote planning team via email and Zoom, and attend query resolution and backlog meetings. - Respond to daily queries and provide timely feedback on site assessments. - Minimum 3 years of experience in petrochemical, oil, or heavy industry, specifically in a piping or maintenance planning role. - Strong technical knowledge of piping, plant layouts, P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), and isometric drawings. - Ability to read cross-section drawings of equipment and prepare rough piping sketches. - Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and Outlook. - Strong communication and relationship management skills to interact effectively with remote teams. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
