We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our PCN Executive Team to provide operational and organisational support and guidance to the network to help meet the agreed aims and objectives.
You will support the delivery of ongoing improvement and effectiveness for administrative and clinical services using new technologies and other initiatives to improve care and support the sustainability of Primary Care.
You will work alongside the Clinical Director and the Digital and Transformation Manager and as an Executive Board report back to the PCN Board.
Main Duties of the Job
- Primary support to the North Devon Coastal Primary Care Network.
- Operational Management.
- Finance support.
- Project management.
- HR support for Practices members with PCN staff.

* Understanding of the wider determinants of health, including social, economic, and environmental factors and their impact on communities.
* Understanding Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
Other Requirements
* Car owner must be able to work across the PCN.
* Meets DBS reference standards and has a clear criminal record in line with the law on spent convictions.
* Flexible about working hours.
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English (C or above).
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Experience
* Managerial experience.
* Experience of operational management.
* Experience of working in Primary Care/PCNs.
* Experience in the use of Primary Care/NHS computer systems such as Systmone and Emis.
