We are recruiting for a Receptionist and Admin Assistant to be part of a user-friendly, responsive reception service providing a high quality front of house service to residents, visitors and staff.
Your Role:
* Be part of a user-friendly, responsive reception service providing a high quality front of house service to residents, visitors and staff.
* Process cash and card transactions for residents, and Conference Centre bookings.
* Be responsible for front of house administration assistance, including post, phone, emails.
* Maintain and update the housing management software and records.
* Provide good quality, efficient and effective administration support to the Housing team.

This is a Full Time role.
Hours per week: 37.5
Working Pattern: Shifts between 08:00am - 22:00pm hours on a rota (which will include bank holidays and weekend working).
