We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected Housing Association in North London for a Customer Services Advisor to join their Income team on a 3-month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to contribute to a meaningful organisation that supports the local community. As a Customer Services Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of housing services. This includes: Provide front-line customer service support to residents, handling queries and offering advice in a professional and empathetic manner. Assist with tenancy-related administration, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and updating internal systems. Support the housing team with general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and report preparation. Manage reception duties, ensuring residents and visitors feel welcome and are directed appropriately.
