NHS TAYSIDE Senior Clinical Fellow Post in HPB and GENERAL SURGERY Applications are invited for a senior clinical fellow post in HPB Surgery for NHS Tayside available from 14 th April 2025 until 13 th April 2026 with potential to extend for one more year. The post will be based in Ninewells Hospital in Dundee. The post holder will be required to work under the supervision of consultant staff in the management of emergency General Surgical and elective HPB patients. The post holder will contribute to a 24/7 registrar rota. The appointees will be expected to perform at a level equivalent to that of at least ST6. Please note that this is a non-training post. There will be contribution to emergency duties in General Surgery at Ninewells Hospital Dundee, coupled with compensatory days off. The other weeks will involve elective surgical work in the HPB Unit in Ninewells Hospital. Clinical fellows are assigned an educational supervisor and have assessments completed through ISCP. The post is of high educational value and can provide portfolio requirements for further applications.
