Social Media and Content Executive

As Social Media and Content Creative, you'll play a key role across our brands, supporting the marketing team at both central and local levels. You'll develop fresh, engaging content and innovative brand communications that capture the spirit of our venues and connect with our audiences.

What will you get up to?:
* The driving force that builds our social profile, including our brand community, on mainstream platforms - bringing the brand to life across all social channels to achieve ambitious social and digital KPIs.
* Work with the Brand and Digital Team to plan, manage, write and implement the social media strategy and comms plans for the RBG brands across all social channels to achieve company objectives
* Responsible for developing guest-facing photographic, static and video-based content across our social platforms for our bar brands, ensuring consistency across all our social channels including organic and paid.
* Utilise our guest data and insight to acquire, convert and retain guests to grow sales and increase conversion, whilst staying true to the brand personalities.
* Develop and maintain the annual photography calendar. Plan the logistics of the shoots, including booking photographers or videographers, models and liaising closely with the Commercial team to plan the logistics of the shoot.
* You'll have a keen eye on youth culture with a clear understanding of the way our target audient consume and engage with social media and you'll champion this across our central and local approaches to content development.
* Monitor and track progress across social channels to ensure all content and social touch points are working effectively, pulling together period reports with the Digital Marketing Manager to inform the wider Brand and Digital team
* Working closely with the wider Digital, Brand, Commercial, IT and Finance teams to unlock guest insight (through deep segmentation) which leads to optimisation of team and business strategies and activity
This role is flexible with a mix of remote working and on-site projects. Expect to be in our sites regularly for photoshoots, content creation and other creative needs. Most of the time, you'll have control of your own schedule. Travel expenses will be covered.?

* Expertise in optimising social media and influencer strategies across multiple channels, guided by ambitious and measurable KPIs.
* Ability to collaborate closely with platform providers to plan and execute integrated campaigns across various devices.
* Proficiency in tracking and adapting to the latest social media trends and innovative strategies.
* Skilled in managing and standardising reporting across social, content, and influencer activities to build a cohesive view of performance for the business.
* Experience in overseeing brand tone of voice (TOV) across social channels, aligning with the overall brand strategy.
* Adept at social listening and community management, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
* Capability to manage social media communities by working with Brand Marketing Executives to engage with posts and create conversation opportunities.
* Application of data-driven insights to enhance performance marketing strategies for both organic and paid social channels.
* Oversight of local content champions to ensure brand consistency on social and digital platforms, maintaining the correct tone and visual identity.
* Knowledgeable in handling and processing personal data responsibly, maintaining transparency and confidentiality.
* Ability to report on social media performance to derive insights, establish KPIs, and set industry benchmarks for improvement.
