Project Manager – Slough
An established and growing construction company is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of major projects across data centres, commercial offices, industrial & logistics, pharmaceutical & life sciences, and retail sectors. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of construction, from pre-construction to project completion
Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships
Ensure compliance with HSE, CDM, and quality management standards
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead teams and collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders
Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues
Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Essential Requirements:
Experience managing projects within one or more of the following sectors: commercial offices, retail, industrial & logistics, pharmaceutical & life sciences, or data centres
Proven track record of leading projects successfully from start to finish
Certifications including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
