As a Working Foreman, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading the service team, working with tractors, combine harvesters, and other advanced agricultural machinery. Role Responsibilities:
Lead and support the service team in maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery, including tractors and combine harvesters.
Coordinate and oversee the allocation of tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
Provide hands-on technical expertise for complex diagnostics and repairs.
Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring and training junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all operations.
Manage workshop operations, maintaining equipment and tools in optimal condition.
