This full-time, permanent position offers a unique platform to inspire creativity, cultivate talent, and make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners. The Role As a Drama Teacher, you will be instrumental in fostering a love of theatre and performance arts among students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will design and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and excite, encouraging students to explore their creativity and develop their communication, collaboration, and self-expression skills. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver dynamic Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school's high standards. Foster a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and celebrates student achievement. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their artistic development. Direct and produce school productions, showcasing students' talents and creating memorable theatrical experiences. Collaborate with colleagues within the performing arts department and the wider school community. Qualifications & Experience A Bachelor's degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level.
