My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join their rapidly growing company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those with previous experience as a Customer Services Advisor or a similar role who can work well within a team and on their own initiative. This role is permanent, working 37.5 hours per week; however, part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Salary:
£24,000- £27,000
Job Role:
1. Build and maintain trusting and valued relationships with our customers, colleagues, and all operational areas.
2. Increase sales opportunities for the Company.
3. Arrange/co-ordinate, through liaison with the internal distribution network, agreed delivery schedules to provide for the timely supply of requested goods or services to meet demand.
4. Provide a positive call answer enquiry service.
5. Input orders, providing an accurate order progressing service.
6. Set up and maintain electronic and manual customer records.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role providing excellent customer service.
2. Experience in communicating and responding to customer queries via the telephone and email.
3. Positive attitude and motivation with good attention to detail.
4. A confident and pleasant telephone manner.
5. Computer literacy skills.
6. Previous experience working in a team environment.
