We have a fantastic opportunity for two experienced Street Works Administration Assistants to join the team.
As Administration Assistants, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring Electricity North West’s commitment to minimise the financial and reputational risks associated with street works non-compliance and to support the business objective of achieving street works excellence.
This role will be 37 hours per week based over seven days, so some weekend work will apply. Agile working is available, subject to business needs.
In this role you can expect to:
* Raise Streetworks Permits using Symology.
* Use the system to track work.
* Submit actual Starts/Stops and Works Variations.
* Respond to Comments and Challenges from the Highway Authorities.
* Run daily jeopardy reports.
* Monitor and chase outstanding challenges/issues.

* Previous demonstrable experience of working within a busy Street Works environment for a Statutory Undertaker
* Strong administration skills
* IT Literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
* The ability to work in an organised manner to meet important deadlines
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
