About the Role As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be the link between our customers and care/support workers, ensuring the highest standards of service. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm) in addition you will be required to work on-call duties on a rota basis (at least every other weekend, with enhanced pay). Flexibility is required to meet business needs. You will be responsible for: ✅ Conducting customer assessments and creating tailored care/support plans. ✅ Ensuring compliance through regular audits and quality checks. ✅ Working closely with healthcare professionals to maintain and improve care standards. ✅ Supporting, mentoring, and guiding care/support workers in the field. ✅ Managing safeguarding concerns, documenting incidents, and following up on actions. This role involves fieldwork across Beccles, Lowestoft, and Great Yarmouth, as well as working from our Beccles head office. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated individual who has: ✔ Experience in care/support work and a strong understanding of best practices. ✔ Excellent organisation and communication skills, with keen attention to detail. ✔ The ability to work independently and effectively manage workload. ✔ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. ✔ Competence in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. ✔ An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to start this qualification after probation). ✔ Experience leading/supervising a team (desirable but not essential).
