Our client, a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Sheffield are actively looking for a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join the team and collaborate with a range of talented consultants. Our client are looking to invest in the successful Project Manager and as such, welcome candidates from various disciplines to apply (such as Project Managers, Building Surveyors, Architects and Technologists). You will have the chance to get involved in projects including small to large scale extensions, refurbishments and conversions and work within a variety of sectors including commercial, educational and residential.
Building Surveyor / Project Manager Position Overview
1. Work within a talented multidiscipline team
2. Project based works and contract administration
3. Work on various projects, primarily within the commercial sector, primarily focusing on refurbishment projects
4. Responsible for constructing the works in accordance with the designs; co-ordinating and managing day to day activity
5. Work with the commercial team in the selection of subcontractors and ensure they are effectively managed throughout the project
6. Liaising with various sub-contractors on their current programme of works
7. Liaising with architects, engineers and other additional consultants
8. Attending Project meetings

9. Live within a commutable distance of Sheffield
10. Strong UK background as a Building Surveyor/Project Managers
11. Site experience
12. Experience within the commercial sector
13. Contract administration experience

14. Competitive Salary (£35,000 - £55,000 DOE)
