You'll have responsibility for ensuring that theTrust's physical estate and facilities services operate effectivelyand in compliance with regulations. By leading and inspiring thein-house team, and effectively managing third party contracts, you'lldevelop a best-in-class service which meets the trusts goal ofdelivering an outstanding customer experience.

MainResponsibilities
* Lead and manage theEstates and Facilities Teams
* Work with the Director ofCommercial Operations to develop the Estate Strategy and allocateresources to meet objectives.
* Oversee major projects carriedout in-house or by approved contractors
* Manage and overseeplanned preventative maintenance (PPM) alongside a provision ofreactive maintenance for the estate and properties
* Managethird party contractors including the outsourced IT provider, and theorganisations vehicle fleet
* Manage and monitor the estatesbudgets
About you
* Demonstrable experience managing soft servicesin a multi-site environment
* A thorough knowledge andexperience of relevant current legislation including health andsafety, and fire safety
* Demonstrable knowledge ofwide-ranging facilities service
* Excellent leadership andpeople management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
* Proven experience in financial management, budgeting,contract negotiation and resource management.
* A genuinecommitment to sustainability and a proactive approach to ESGinitiatives
* A commitment to ensuring inclusivity andaccessibility in all initiatives with sensitivity of the needs andchallenges faced by individuals with learning disabilities.
The position is full-time, but there may beflexible to offer reduced hours /days for a particularly strongcandidate.
