The role of Concierge provides assistance with housing management functions at the Lifehouse and is the first point of contact for everyone accessing our services. As Concierge, you are pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome-focused support services are delivered.
You should understand and work within the mission and values of The Salvation Army, acting in a professional and ethical way at all times when representing the organisation.
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate:
1. Excellent customer service and people management skills with the ability to provide efficient front of house service.
2. Passion for creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
3. Knowledge of legislation relating to Health and Safety and safeguarding of service users and staff.
4. Excellent planning, organising, and time management skills.
