A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Digital Portfolio Office Analyst to join the Group Informatics Team at Manchester Foundation Trust (MFT).

Main duties of the job
This is a busy and rewarding role in a team which supports the transformation of services through the utilisation of technology in accordance with trust-wide business requirements. Your application must be able to demonstrate that you have a sound understanding of business change, project and programme delivery, have strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills, advanced IT skills understanding and working knowledge of digital change initiatives and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE's - Grade A-C / Degree or equivalent or relevant experience
* Degree or equivalent qualification in an IT or business related subject
Experience
* Demonstrable evidence of working within a complex organisational environment involving project/programme/portfolio/business support work (e.g., PMO/Business Office/Finance/OCIO); understands the distinction between change and BAU.
* Experience in financial processes for ordering and receipting.
* Knowledge or experience in developing standard operating procedures and KPIs to support business functions.
Meeting Support
* Provision of support to governance meetings including preparation of agenda and supporting papers, and accurate minute taking (actions and decisions).
* Chairing meetings, facilitating workshops and discussions.
