The Digital Development and Enhancement Team at UWA collaborates with academics to design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences, ensuring effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and innovative digital tools. They produce engaging multimedia content, uphold accessibility and quality standards, and provide training to enhance digital teaching capabilities. By leveraging learning analytics, feedback, and emerging trends, the team continuously improves online and digitally enhanced learning offerings, driving the University’s digital learning and teaching agenda.

* A relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
* Extensive experience in online learning, digital education, or instructional design.
* Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex digital development projects.
* Strong understanding of online pedagogies, learning design, and digital learning technologies.
* Experience in using and designing online learning content.
