Answer and manage both internal and external phone calls, take appropriate actions, relay messages, and direct calls as necessary. Provide professional and friendly client support, both in person and over the phone, ensuring the firm's high standards of client care are maintained. Prepare outgoing mail, perform daily filing tasks, and handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, emailing, and faxing. Address routine client account inquiries.
