Our multi-disciplinary engineering teams work together to deliver building solutions using the latest technology underpinned by ISO19650 amongst other industry toolkits. Due to an increased workload and future projects in our pipeline, we are currently seeking a M&E Digital Coordinator to join our Buildings Digital Delivery team. The team is currently using the full Autodesk package including Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Work stages will vary, ranging from strategic master planning through to detailed design and construction and forming part of a wider M&E and multi-disciplinary engineering teams, located in London (Farringdon) and Reading. Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Keep on the forefront of the latest construction and design technology. - Support testing, evaluating and implementing various digital tools to bring additional value to the business and our clients. - Model coordination using Autodesk Construction Cloud or Autodesk Navisworks to coordinate M&E models with Architecture and Structure models. - Lead and upskill a junior and remote members of the teams in use of various digital and authoring tools. - Ensure all M&E Revit drawing work is fully coordinated, avoiding any clashes, and accurately integrated within the architectural design and structural design. - Maintain production of Revit drawings to programmed time scales and take the Revit drawing process for the MEP design from Stage 2 design through to Stage 4 by supporting a remote team of technicians. - Liaise with other designers and consultants whose Revit coordination and collaboration required. - Practical understanding of ISO19650 and CDE workflows. About You We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with consultancy experience, ideally as an M&E Technician or BIM Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in using Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and a strong interest in technology and process improvement. You should have a solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems, with hands-on experience coordinating various MEP systems such as HVAC, LTHW, BCWS, LV distribution, life safety systems, and M&E plant rooms. A strong grasp of the construction process and associated MEP services is essential, as well as effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.
