Job Description
* Processing and reconciling invoices accurately and timely.
* Communicating with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies.
* Maintaining accounts payable files and records.
* Assisting with month-end closing procedures.
* Working collaboratively within the accounting and finance team.
* Adhering to company policies and financial regulations.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
* An educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
