Job Title: Assistant Team Manager (Children) Location : Durham Working Hours: Hybrid Rate : £276 per day Liquid Personnel are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Team Manager to join Durham’s Children in care Team. Responsibilities: As a Team Manager, you will build effective relationships with children, young people, and families, ensuring that children and young people lead their care planning. You will advocate for and appreciate individual needs to achieve outcomes based on evidence-based assessments. You will spend quality time with children in our care, understanding their views, their life events, and supporting them to understand and recover from what has happened. Working with the child, you will complete and update assessments and review the care plan. You will assess and manage risk with the support of your team manager. You will be part of a strong multi-agency team, including education, health, and our own therapeutic service, Full Circle. You will be part of a service that is constantly seeking to improve outcomes for children in our care and be part of developing this service further. Benefits: Hybrid working options available Supportive management Requirements and Qualifications: Hold a fully accredited DipSW/Social Work degree (equivalent to Level 6 NQF), are registered with Social Work England, and have a management qualification or equivalent experience.
