Role Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant:
1. Relevant experience working with students with SEN, preferably within an educational setting is an advantage but an upbeat and positive mindset is key
2. The ability to support students effectively and demonstrate an understanding of different types of SEN
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong academic background
4. Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards supporting students' well-being
5. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
