This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paralegal to support a busy conveyancing department. Key Responsibilities: Assisting solicitors in managing property transactions from instruction to completion. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties. Preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts. Managing case files and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Conducting legal research and handling administrative duties. Requirements: Previous experience in a conveyancing paralegal or legal assistant role. Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (preferred).
