And we’re looking for equally dedicated and compassionate people to join us on our journey to provide the best possible care for pets in the country.
At our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire, you'll be a crucial player in supporting the delivery of our audio, digital, and printed assets to support campaigns, promotions, events, and category launches. This is a hybrid role, working two days in our Support Office (usually Tuesday/Wednesday). You’ll also have the opportunity to visit our local Pet Care Centres around once a month.

* Coordination of ad-hoc POS requests from across the business, logging these onto the tracker and keeping stakeholders informed on progress/completion where relevant.
* On-going management of marketing assets and data using Microsoft Excel.
* Develop close working relationships with the marketing and commercial teams, alongside third-party suppliers to support the delivery of jointly executed projects.
* Providing general admin support for the team, including raising purchase orders and keeping track of spend throughout the month.
* Drafting store communication briefs, to ensure projects are landed and implemented right, first time.
* Provide great customer service to both stores and support office colleagues through speedy and accurate issue resolution.
About You
* High attention to detail and focussed on ‘right first time’ delivery, being able to prioritise and organise effectively to work towards tight deadlines.
* A team player with strong collaboration skills, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders, including the trading team, retail operations, agencies and the wider marketing team.
* Demonstrate excellent written, proof reading and verbal skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint & Excel, with particular strength in Excel to be able manipulate and showcase detailed data.
* Have an enthusiastic “can-do” attitude.
* You will be keen to learn from others and engage help from across the business which will enable you to both develop yourself as well as the role.
* Marketing experience is ideal, but not essential. Print or retail experience preferable.
