About the role
Working 2 nights week 1 and 3 nights week 2, 22:00 – 06:00, you will be controlling the day to day running of vehicles across our network. This role offers you the opportunity to drive improvement towards delivering a first-class service to our customers whilst ensuring all deliveries and collections are on time.
You will be responsible for:
Controlling the day to day running of vehicles
Building on relations with drivers and subcontractors
Communicating problems/issues with customer services
Ensuring subcontractors are updated with correct costs
Updating customer KPIs to ensure customer targets are achieved and maintained
Other general transport administration
About you
A good level of administration experience would be advantageous combined with an ability to work on your own initiative. Demonstrating a driven approach to the work undertaken, making sure documentation is completed to the desired standards. You’ll be liaising with various stakeholders and dealing with any queries with may arise, so we’ll need you to work quickly but accurately. Maintaining professionalism, you will do your utmost to make sure all operational movements are completed on time and to the customers satisfaction, all monitored through robust KPI’s. We are looking for someone who enjoys an administration role, can demonstrate proven reliability, with a flexible & adaptable way of working.
