Part-Time Payroll and Benefits Partner (25 Hours Per Week)

You have the opportunity to bring your detail-oriented and proactive nature to the role of Payroll and Benefits Partner. You will play a critical part in managing our end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and enhancing our employee benefits programs. Your passionate about continuous improvement, systems and process will be really welcomed as we continue our journey with our payroll system. Plus you can do this all flexibly on 25 hours per week (we can accommodate different working patterns as required).
What you can bring:
Experience: Your payroll management and processing knowledge is vital as we develop our HR processes and embark on more change management. Here is where your CIPP qualification will be super beneficial. Skills: Your strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems will drive us forwards. Alongside, your familiarity with process improvement methodologies to keep us on track. Communication: Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will ensure we collaborate effectively across our HR and business unit teams. Mindset: A people-first approach, your high levels of empathy, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset will add so much value.Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management: Lead the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, employment laws, and company policies. Compliance and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date payroll records, adhering to data privacy regulations and providing regular reports and analysis for internal stakeholders.
